ITS ALL ABOUT WHAT GOES IN
Every now and then we just hear about diet diet and diet weather its weight gain or weight loss you have to follow diet you should put this much calories and such types of food, here what i would like to say out of my experience that ITS ALL ABOUT WHAT YOU PUT IN YOUR MOUTHâ , so its not necessary that you have to stick to a particular routine to get a result you just have to follow simple thing of getting nutritous diet wherever and whenever possible as in todays lifestyle its next to impossible to maintian a five to six meal so atleast carry one meal which is really nutritous and can be consumed at your comfort . and yes try to reduce to minimum the consumption of junk food .
