1. I accept, I will inform the www.gymandspajobs.com once my requirement is satisfied.

2. I understand, gymandspa.com accept no liability for any loss (whether direct or indirect for loss of business wasted expenditure or otherwise nor for any consequential loss whatsoever) arising from your use of the site.

3. I agree that I am solely responsible for (this site has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which the site may suffer) of any such breach.

4. Unless I have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with gymandspa.com, i agree that i will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services or information displayed for any purpose.

5. I agree that any registration information I give to this site will always be accurate, correct and up to date. And that it is not discriminatory, obscene, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise illegal, unlawful, or in breach of any criminal or civil law, including the intellectual property rights of others within my jurisdiction.

6. I understand, gymandspa.com do not hold any responsibility for damage/injury/breach of contract between me and employer or vice-versa.

7. If there is any contradiction between what the English language version of the Terms says and what a translation says, then the English language version Shall take precedence.

8. I understand, gymandspajobs.com can vary the format or registration methods, without prior notice to you.

9. You are solely responsible for the security/registration name and proper use of your password which should be kept confidential at all times and not disclosed to any other person. You should notify us immediately you believe your password is known to someone else or may be being used in an unauthorized way. We accept no liability for any unauthorized or improper use or disclosure of the password or the consequences of such.

10. I am solely responsible for dealing with the administration of any candidates' responses to your advertisement and after employment with all administration of the candidates' remuneration and benefits or vice-versa.

11. I understand, by making the facility of this site available gymandspajobs.com does not guarantee any particular level of response or performance by those job seekers who respond to an advertisement or vice versa.
